Our signature event

In this 2 hour experience, you’ll get 6 tastings- 3 whites & 3 reds - and a 5 oz glass of your favorite. Covers the most popular grapes across the New & Old World.

Throughout the tasting experience, you’ll learn

  • How to detect and describe basic aromas & flavors

  • The essentials of wine production and why they matter

  • Understand the elements of wine to discover what you like or dislike

  • Reading a wine label & picking a bottle with the best value at any price point

  • Food and wine pairing tips

Each participant will leave with a custom wine related gift. Small tasting snacks are included, additional food available for purchase.

bubbles & brunch

During this tasting experience, you will explore sparkling wine from around the world while enjoying a seasonal brunch grazing board*. You’ll learn about the methods of making sparkling wine and the different types of this fizzy favorite, including:

  • Champagne - the average bottle of Champagne has 20 million bubbles, learn about how they get there

  • Prosecco - the Italian cousin of sparklers, why it’s both cost effective and getting classier as of late

  • Cava - made like Champagne but from Spain, learn what makes Cava perfect for your siesta

  • Crémant - sparkling wine from France that isn’t Champagne

*Brunch boards typically include a variety of pastries & danishes, fresh fruit & vegetables, cheese & cured meats, dips & house recipe crackers. We partner with local suppliers where ever possible and boards will vary based on seasonal availability. In this 2 hour experience, you’ll get 6 tastings of either Red or White Wine. The tastings in these courses explore wines at a wider variety of styles and price points. Covers the most popular grapes globally.

Throughout the event, we’ll taste and explore:

  • Common varietals and their attributes

  • Essential wine regions to recognize

  • Cool & warm climate wines

  • Deeper examination of the structure of wine

  • Farming, blending and aging methods and their impact on wine

  • Explore big, bold red wines from around the world. Explore some of the best known regions and varietals for big flavor.

  • Explore the Chardonnay grape in its many styles. Taste the difference between oaked and unoaked; cool vs warm climates, and terriors from around the world.

  • Explore a giant world of white wine. Taste oustanding examples of well-known varietals as well as lesser known beauties from unique terriors.

  • Explore a range of styles produced along the West Coast of the United States. Taste complex and delicate cool-climate Pinot Noirs from Oregon and California and build to bold, powerful wines from Sonoma, Napa and Washington.

  • Italy is one of the major wine producers and has been making wine since before the Romans. There's a whole lot more besides Chianti coming from this wine-focused country. Come taste wines that exclaim the Italian motto - La Dolce Vita!

  • Napa Valley boasts some of the world's best wines Come learn about the different AVAs within Napa Valley and taste the differences in their wines.

  • Napa Valley produces only 4% of all California wine. Come taste other regions and terriors and explore California excellence outside of Napa

  • Spain boasts the most acreage under vine in the entire world and produces the 3rd most amount of wine. Come explore the major wines and styles of Spain, both red and white. Taste wines from the land of tapas.

  • Pinot Noir has a reputation as the most difficult, finicky grape to grow. Come taste why winemakers take the risk to make elegant reds across the world. Taste Pinots from Oregon and Burgandy as well some lesser known gems.
