During this tasting experience, you will explore sparkling wine from around the world while enjoying a seasonal brunch food grazing board*. You’ll learn about the methods of making sparkling wine and the different types of this fizzy favorite, including:
Champagne - the average bottle of Champagne has 20 million bubbles, learn about how they get there
Prosecco - this is the Italian cousin of sparklers, why it’s both cost effective and getting classier as of late
Cava - made like Champagne but from Spain, learn what makes Cava perfect for your siesta
Crémant - sparkling wine from France that isn’t Champagne
New World - sparklers made outside the traditional regions, up & coming areas
*Brunch boards typically include a variety of pastries & danishes, fresh fruit & vegetables, cheese & cured meats, dips & house recipe crackers.
